Dennis Robertson, MBA
Dennis Robertson didn’t just wake up one day and decide to start Compass Sports Management, he lived it long before the name ever existed. As a former athlete, he knows firsthand the grind, the hustle, and the dreams that drive young talent. He’s been a coach, pushing players to their limits. An athletic trainer, helping them grow and improve. And through it all, one thing never changed: his passion for guiding young athletes to reach their full potential.
Dennis founded Compass Sports because he saw the gaps—athletes with talent but no direction, families with questions but no answers, opportunities slipping through cracks. He built Compass to be the trusted guide he once needed—someone who knows the game, respects the journey, and fights for the athlete’s future every step of the way.
